We just returned from a soul stirring trip to Sicily, and we're excited to share what we found. From the sun drenched lemon groves of Ribera to the ancient cobblestone ovens of Palermo, we met with artisans who are keeping centuries old culinary traditions alive.
Each journey we make to the island always immerses us deeper into the heart of Sicilian food culture. This past trip we interviewed a master pasta-maker, cooked with a master chef twice and toured a 3rd-generation bakery whose secret filling has never crossed the Mediterranean, until now.
